MY Competent Person (Company) Manufacturer, Repairer and Alterer for Steam Boiler
- Section 31B of OSHA 1994 states that no one shall carry out fabrication, installation, erection, dismantling, testing, inspection, maintenance, repair, or servicing of any plant or engineering control equipment specified under the Act and the Occupational Safety and Health (Plant Requiring Certificate of Fitness) Regulations 2024 unless registered as a Competent Person (Company) as prescribed by the Director General.
- Section 31C of the OSHA 1994 provides that for the purpose of regulating the registration and renewal of competent persons, the Director General shall determine the conditions for registration and renewal as outlined in this Application Guide.
