MY Qualified Person (OYB) Lifting Machinery
- Section 31B of OSHA 1994 states that no one shall carry out fabrication, installation, erection, dismantling, testing, inspection, maintenance, repair, or servicing of any plant or engineering control equipment specified under the Act and the Occupational Safety and Health (Plant Requiring Certificate of Fitness) Regulations 2024 unless registered as a Competent Person (Company) as prescribed by the Director General.
- Section 31C of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (Act 514), for the purpose of regulating the registration and renewal of competent person, the Director General may determine the requirements for such registration and renewal as detailed in this Application Guide.
