Section 31B of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA 1994) states that no person may complete, install, erect, open, test, inspect, maintain, repair or service any plant or engineering control equipment specified in the Occupational Safety and Health (Plants Requiring a Certificate of Competence) Act and Regulations 2024 unless he has been registered as a Competent Person (Company) as prescribed by the Director General.
