Petroleum Contractor

Section 29A, Factories and Machinery Act 1967 states that no person may make, fabricate, test, install, maintain, remodel and repair any machinery specified therein unless he has obtained written permission from the Chief Inspector.

Meanwhile, Regulation 5(1), Petroleum (Safety Measures) (Transportation of Petroleum through Pipelines) Regulations 1985 states that no person shall install or cause to be installed any pipeline unless he or his authorized representative has obtained a written permission from the approving authority.
