Human Resource Management Section<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Human Resource Management Section <\/strong>The Human Resources Management Section is responsible for the planning and implementation of human resource management and competency development for JKKP Malaysia officers to achieve the objective of enhancing departmental excellence. This section is divided into 3 units:<\/p>\n\n\n\n


A. PERFORMANCE, DISCIPLINE AND HRMIS UNIT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Plans and implements matters related to career development and promotions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manages matters related to award proposals for officers in JKKP Malaysia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manages all departmental disciplinary matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manages the implementation of the HRMIS System in the department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Secretariat for the \u201cPanel Pembangunan Sumber Manusia\u201d (for Excellent Service Awards and Salary Increments), Secretariat for the Promotion Committee, Secretariat for Asset Declaration, Secretariat for the Departmental Disciplinary Board Meeting, Secretariat for the Departmental Governance Committee (JTK), Secretariat for the Departmental Value Audit Committee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n


    B. SERVICE UNIT AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Manages matters related to service, allowances and remuneration, officer retirement, and the updating of \u201cBuku Perkhidmatan Kerajaan\u201d (BPK).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Manages transfer appeals and placement of Technical Officers and Non Technical Officers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Coordinates and updating reports, overall departmental staffing lists, and organizational charts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Conducts organizational restructuring studies, staffing reinforcement studies, scheme studies and staff audit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Secretariat for the \u201cMesyuarat Rayuan Pertukaran Pegawai Teknikal\u201d, Secretariat for the \u201cMesyuarat Penempatan Pegawai Teknikal\u201d and Secretariat for \u201cKajian Pembangunan Organisasi\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      C. UNITS OF TRAINING AND COMPETENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Responsible for planning and implementing training programs to enhance the excellence of knowledge, skills, attitudes, values, and positive practices among departmental officers and staff in the aspects of occupational safety and health and human development, thereby ensuring a continuous learning process for the career advancement of officers and staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of local and overseas courses and training for departmental officers and staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Manages officer applications for further studies in full-time or part-time modes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Manages officer applications to serve as Industry Advisory Panels appointed by Public or Private Higher Education Institutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Manages Industrial Training applications from Public or Private Higher Education Institution students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
