is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-fe9cc265 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">It is the policy of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) to continuously improve the quality of products, services and the safety and health performance of DOSH staff as well as those related to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">The management and employees of DOKKP will work together to prevent any potential non-conformity of its products and services as well as any possible injuries and illnesses from incidents that occur in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">This department is committed to: \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Provide and maintain a quality, safe and healthy work place and system free from any hazards and risks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Ensure that all DOSH employees are given information, instructions, training and supervision on how to carry out their duties safely and without risk to health;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Investigate all non-conformities of its products and services, incidents, occupational diseases, occupational poisonings and dangerous occurrences and take steps to ensure that they do not recur;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Identify and comply with customer requirements, legislation and other requirements as stipulated in the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, its regulations and approved industry codes of practice;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">Promote and achieve Quality, Occupational Safety and Health Objectives, Work Procedures, Occupational Safety and Health Regulations and Guidelines among DOSH employees nationwide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">To ensure the implementation of this policy, a Quality, Safety and Occupational Health Management system is established, implemented and maintained in this wp-container-core-group-is-layout-fe9cc265 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">The Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) is committed to implementing all policies and procedures to prevent, monitor and eliminate any form of corruption to all staff and stakeholders towards achieving efficient and integrity-based services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">DOSH will not tolerate all forms of corruption and is committed to:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list has-small-font-size\">\n<li>Combat corruption and maintain a corruption-free working environment for all staff and stakeholders;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet the requirements for implementing the Anti-Corruption Management System (ABMS) MS ISO 37001:2016;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enforce and comply with relevant anti-corruption laws such as the Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009, the Penal Code, and other relevant regulations and directives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide a program to set, review and measure the achievement of ABMS objectives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide channels to encourage reporting of Improper Conduct (ICT) and protect the identity of whistleblowers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage any giving, requesting, and receiving of bribes to\/from DOSH staff by any person to be reported to the Responsible Unit;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that ABMS reassessment and improvement is carried out continuously;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Responsible Unit is given full trust in the governance of KTW and the investigation of complaints received; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take appropriate action against any DOSH staff involved in corruption, abuse of power or embezzlement, based on the laws and regulations in
